Ingredients:

  • 2 cups reduced-fat milk.
  • 1 tbsp drinking chocolate.
  • 2 large scoops reduced-fat vanilla ice-cream.
  • Whipped cream, to serve.
  • 2 Lolliland Rainbow Candy Canes. 1 crushed into small pieces, 1 to garnish.
  • Marshmallow spread.

Instructions:

  1. Decorate the rim of your serving glasses with some marshmallow spread and decorate with crushed candy cane, set aside.
  2. In a blender, blend milk, drinking chocolate and ice-cream together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with cream and extra crushed candy cane. Serve.
