Activate your brain for the Spooky Season with Lolliland's Spooky Rocky Road Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 700g Milk chocolate, broken into pieces.
  • 150g Milk coffee biscuits, roughly chopped.
  • 100g Lolliland Spooky Marshmallows.
  • 150g Lolliland Mixed Halloween shaped gummies (Choose from our many Halloween Gummies, in our image we used the Lolliland Halloween Platterz).
  • ½ Tablespoon coconut oil (This makes the Rocky Road easier to cut).
  • Extra Spooky marshmallows and Halloween gummies to decorate the Rocky Road.

Directions:

  1. Grease a 16.5cm x 26cm (base) slab pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at both long ends.
  2. Place chocolate in a large, heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Stir through coconut oil.
  3. Add biscuits, marshmallows, and gummies (Note: no need to chop the marshmallows or gummies, leave them whole and this will make it a chunky style Rocky Road) . Stir until well combined.
  4. Press slice mixture into prepared pan. Place extra Spooky marshmallows and Halloween gummies on top to decorate. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into large pieces. Serve.
